Progressions are offered so that all lifting levels can gain strength, safely.

This weight training class is designed to provide an introduction to the weight room and teach movement basics. Open to individuals of all levels, this class emphasizes proper technique with personalized feedback and instruction.

This weight training class is ideal for individuals with some prior lifting experience. You can expect to receive an introduction to barbell lifting, challenging workouts to continue building strength, and personalized instruction.
Commit to 3 weeks to maximize growth and progress!
4- Week Series

This beginner-friendly strength training class is designed for women 55+, providing a supportive, judgement free, and encouraging environment to learn the fundamentals of weight training. We'll focus on mastering proper form for key exercises and ensuring safety and effectiveness as you build strength and confidence.
